Biography
Moshe Cohen is the author of Collywobbles: How to Negotiate When Negotiating Makes You Nervous and has been a prominent figure in the fields of negotiation, leadership, change management, and conflict resolution since 1995. With extensive experience teaching, mediating, coaching, writing, and speaking, Moshe has worked with a diverse range of companies and organizations both locally and globally. He teaches Negotiation, Leadership, and Organizational Behavior at Boston University’s Questrom School of Business, where he has been a faculty member since 2000. As a mediator, Moshe specializes in employment, workplace, and discrimination-related disputes, employing a facilitative style to help parties resolve conflicts. His coaching practice assists executives and managers in enhancing their effectiveness and negotiating better outcomes. With a unique background that includes degrees in Physics and Electrical Engineering, as well as an MBA, Moshe transitioned from a career in robotics to become a respected mediator and educator. He personally teaches all classes at The Negotiating Table and has a network of colleagues for larger engagements and referrals.
